About Our SMS Messaging Program
Avolv.ai is an AI-powered business automation platform that enables small and medium businesses to communicate with their customers via SMS text messaging. This page describes our SMS messaging program, how consent is obtained, the messages users will receive, and how to opt out.
Messages sent through the Avolv.ai platform fall into the following categories:
- Appointment reminders and confirmations
- Service job notifications and status updates
- Estimate and invoice delivery
- Post-service follow-up communications
- Customer satisfaction surveys
- Marketing promotions (only to customers who have explicitly opted in)
Call-to-Action and Opt-In Method
Customers opt in to receive SMS messages by completing a web form on a business's website or application powered by Avolv.ai. Below is a representative example of the opt-in form customers see at the moment of consent. The form includes a phone number field, a separate, unchecked consent checkbox, and the disclosure language required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

How Consent Is Obtained
Customers provide consent to receive SMS messages through the methods described below. The Avolv.ai platform records and stores consent with a timestamp, the IP address of the request, the consent language version shown to the user, and the method of opt-in.
Web Form Opt-In (Primary Method)
When creating an account, booking an appointment, or requesting a service through a business's website or application powered by Avolv.ai, customers enter their phone number and actively check an unchecked consent box. The exact disclosure language displayed above the submit button is shown in the example form above. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Verbal Consent
Customers may provide verbal consent when scheduling appointments or requesting services over the phone. The Avolv.ai team member or business operator reads the consent disclosure to the customer and logs the customer's verbal agreement, the timestamp, and the staff member's name in the Avolv.ai platform.
Keyword Opt-In
Customers can text START, SUBSCRIBE, or YES to a business's Avolv.ai-provisioned phone number to opt in to receiving text messages.

Below are representative examples of the SMS messages customers will receive. All messages clearly identify the sending business and include opt-out instructions where applicable.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on the type of communication and the services being provided. Customers typically receive 1-10 messages per month depending on their service schedule and communication preferences. Marketing messages, where applicable, are limited to no more than 4 per month and are sent only to customers who have explicitly opted in to marketing communications.
Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Avolv.ai does not charge customers for SMS messages, but your wireless carrier may.
How to Opt Out
To stop receiving text messages at any time, simply reply:
STOP
to any message you receive from us.
After texting STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. Additional opt-out keywords accepted: OPTOUT, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, STOPALL. You may opt back in at any time by texting START.

Privacy and Data Sharing
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of information sharing described in our Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We respect your privacy. Phone numbers and personal information collected for SMS messaging are never sold, shared, or rented to third parties for marketing purposes. Information is used solely to deliver the messages you have consented to receive and to maintain compliance records as required by law. Carrier Information
SMS messages are delivered through Twilio, a registered messaging platform compliant with carrier and regulatory requirements. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Avolv.ai's primary registered messaging number is (813) 851-4550. Individual businesses using the Avolv.ai platform may also send from their own provisioned numbers.
Program Eligibility
The Avolv.ai SMS messaging program is available to customers in the United States who are 18 years of age or older. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided.
