The Time-to-Cash Problem in Pool Service, and How to Close It

You finish the job. The pool looks great. The customer is happy. But the money is still not in your account. Two weeks later you text a reminder, retype the invoice into QuickBooks, and wait again. That gap between finished work and real cash is where many pool companies lose money and sleep.

The fix is to stop the work from ever stopping. One system runs the estimate, the e‑signature, the invoice, the card payment or auto‑pay, the QuickBooks sync, and the overdue follow‑ups. No one re‑types anything, and nothing sits in a pile on your desk.
